Visualisation – Do you ever daydream? I’m sure you do. You’re relaxed and feeling safe and you get lost in the moment. Time stands still for you as you are completely engrossed in your mind. It feels great. I encourage a bit of day dreaming; I’m not saying that we should spend hours doing it but find a healthy balance that works for you. When I talk about using Visualisation with clients, some may say. ‘I’m no good at visualising’ or, I’m just not a visual person’, BUT, we can all daydream. The difference is, Visualising is more focused, it’s what you want, you’re in control, you set the scene.
