LifeMOT is a not for profit Social Enterprise, this means that any profit made by LifeMOT goes directly back into developing and delivering free courses for community projects within Cornwall.

We are committed to building robust resilient Businesses, Managers and Employees. We encourage and develop strong healthy Communities with more active people who develop adaptable life skills.
LifeMOT Trainers are experienced Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioners (NLP) and Personal Development/Leadership Coaches. (ILM) We offer a range of one to one coaching or group workshops. Our sessions make use of practical and theory based techniques that will inspire and motivate you to achieve your goals.

We support effective Partnership working with other like-minded organisations to effectively support and signpost people to progress and we believe that everyone should have access to training that will help them to develop life skills and improve their lifestyle.

Amanda Hudson (right) is an Acknowledged Clinical Supervisor with a private practice in West Cornwall. An Executive and Leadership Coach (working towards Level 7 ILM) She  volunteers as an Approved Therapist for Anxiety UK and is a local Champion for the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). For the last 13 years she has worked with a Cornish mental health charity to support adults to improve their confidence and self-esteem.

Previous experience includes; Managing a Health Spa, teaching Clinical Hypnotherapy, developing her private practice and finding the time to indulge in her passion for cycling. Full profile here

Angela Coote (left) has many years of training experience helping people achieve their potential. Before moving to Cornwall in 2004 she worked for a large national charity. In Cornwall she has worked for Skills for Care, Cornwall College and the NHS. She is a qualified trainer, NLP practitioner and member of the Hypnotherapy Association. Full profile here

Update. It is with great sadness that I have to let you know that Angela Coote passed away on October 27th. LifeMOT will miss her greatly but we know that her spirit lives on in the work we do.
