I’ve been prompted to do a bit more walking this month. Partly for my health but also because it’s great to be out in the sun in beautiful Cornwall. Walking is not just about exercising our bodies, but if you want to know more you can find that Here.  But, I enjoy the social aspect and the way it de-clutters our minds. Being more social has a positive effect on our mental health, memory, brain cells. If we are walking on our own, it’s a bit like having time to meditate. There’s really so many reasons to go for a walk.
