As part of the training she required to engage in coaching practice and to complete coaching logs for assessment. This is where you come in.
LifeMOT are offering a case study Coaching and Mentoring package.
- A free exploration meeting with the Sponsor (Company) and coachee. We will discuss what Coaching is and set out the guidelines for future sessions. This is an opportunity to talk about goals and targets for the coach and the Sponsor/company.
- 5 – 6 sessions of one to one coaching. (a session is based on 1 -1.5 hrs) This is time for the coachee to bring their challenges to the room and explore in a confidential setting. Additional time may be required by the coachee in-between sessions to reflect or plan for the next session.
- A mid-way review on progress to stakeholder or coach
- A summary of achievements and recommendations for follow up.
